Hey guys! I love baking, but have just about no patience. Sure, making cookies is fun, but waiting a whole ten minutes for them to cook, then another ten minutes to cool? That takes way too long.
Then I hear about probably the best baking creation ever: mug cakes. They're simple, fast, and keep you from eating an entire cake. I was instantly obsessed. I found this really amazing and fast recipe on kirbiecravings.com (the link is: http://kirbiecravings.com/2015/09/chocolate-chip-mug-cake.html ). I've made it probably 20 times by now, its just sooooo delicious!

Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
- 4 T all purpose flour
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 3 T milk
- 1/8 t vanilla
- 1/2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T chocolate chips or chips of your choice

Tips:
- I don't have 1/8 teaspoon measuring spoon so I normally just use 1/4t and fill the spoon halfway for the vanilla
- Pack the brown sugar lightly
- 2 tablespoons is a lot of chocolate chips in my opinion. I'll add 1T, stir it in, then pour 1T into my hand. I'll take a few of those and sprinkle it over the top. How many you use depends on how much you like chocolate.

Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients besides chocolate chips in a mug (keep in mind you'll be microwaving the mug). The mug should be at least 8 oz.
2. Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Sprinkle the rest on top.
3. Microwave for around 1 minute.
4. Let cool then enjoy!
